What information we collect
Only what you give us directly, for example your name, phone number, email address, and details about your device, when you call, text, or email us for a quote, a repair, or to buy, sell or trade a device. This website has no accounts, no sign-ups, and no contact forms that store your information.
How we use it
We use the information you provide only to respond to you and to provide the service you asked for (a repair quote, a repair, or a buy/sell/trade offer). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else.
Texting and calling
The "Text us" and "Call" buttons on this site simply open your phone's own messaging or calling app with our number filled in. The website itself does not see, record, or store anything about those messages or calls.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies on this site. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, and our directions and review links open Google Maps. Both are subject to Google's privacy policy.
How long we keep information
Messages you send us by text, call, or email are kept only as long as needed to serve you, and then deleted in the normal course of managing our inbox.
Your rights
